Ongoing project to photograph science museums, transportation museums, and other cultural public and private institutions. This body of work originates with my fascination for science museums – the odder the better. Some of my favorite experiences as a child were school field trips to science-orientated museums. Such museums present an expanded view of the world, with the ability to alter a child’s life paths. I find such places endlessly fascinating.
The search for truth in science is perhaps similar to my search for truth in photography. The scientific quest for knowledge and experience relates to my seeking a rich experience with the world through art making and artistic research.
